Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light.” (Matthew 11:28-30 NLT)

You ever struggle with unreasonable anxiety? I had one of those days. I don’t know if I was just tired, stressed or what. No matter how hard I tried, I found my mind kept going to unlikely worst-case scenarios and worrying over the most ridiculous things.

At the end of the day God reminded me that He’d love to carry all of that baggage for me and the stuff He has to offer me in return is light and easy. I’m thankful for the trade.
